The RAD & Maintenance Unit

The Research And Development (RAD) Unit is in charge of collecting the vital data needed to document the effectiveness of member involvement in a Clubhouse-model program. This Unit records information daily in categories such as community adjustment, housing adjustment, and transitional employment wages and hours, and compiles monthly summary reports.

The maintenance part of the Unit focuses on the daily care and upkeep of the Clubhouse inside and outside, just as anyone would care for their own home to maintain a safe and healthy environment.The horticulture part of the Unit is where members plant and maintain all of the plants around the Clubhouse as well as the small yard in front of the Clubhouse.

Member of the Month

Art C. has been selected as member of the month for the R.A.D. Unit.

He is a member that shows up early and tries to help out anyway he can. He enjoys answering phones and typing case notes. Art is always helpful and polite in his dealing with members and staff alike. Thanks Art for a job well done!
