The Maintenance Unit

   The Maintenance Unit focuses on the maintenance and horticulture of the Clubhouse. The maintenance part of the Unit focuses on the daily care and upkeep of the Clubhouse inside and outside, just as anyone would care for their own home to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Tasks in this Unit range from laundering kitchen towels, vacuuming the floors, floor and window cleaning, taking out the trash, and changing light bulbs. Other indoor activities include maintenance, assembly, and repair of Clubhouse equipment, furniture and building. The horticulture part of the Unit is where members plant and maintain all of the plants around the Clubhouse as well as the small yard in front of the Clubhouse.
