The Kitchen Unit

   The Kitchen Unit is responsible for providing meals and refreshments five days a week at a reduced cost. Specific duties include baking classes, culinary-skills class, exercise classes, meal planning, buying, preparing and serving food; cash counting, cleaning up and maintenance of the dinning area, and run the grocery store. The Kitchen prepares an average of 35 nutritious meals each day, and is also responsible for coordinating the food at Clubhouse events.
