The Kitchen Unit

   The Kitchen Unit is responsible for providing meals and refreshments five days a week at a reduced cost. Specific duties include meal planning, buying, preparing and serving food, cash tallying as well as the clean up and maintenance of the Tree House Café. Following guidelines set by the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Kitchen prepares an average of 50 nutritious meals each day, and is also responsible for coordinating the food at Clubhouse events.
